Processing time
Every order is made and packed by hand in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and often the same day.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more
- $5.95 standard shipping on orders under $50
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives in 2–5 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.
Free local pickup
Live near Crystal Lake? Choose local pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours, with pickup details.
Lost or damaged packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows a problem or your package arrives damaged, email us at Kristi@CrystalLakeSoap.com and we’ll make it right.
